Kristin M. DiDomenico, MD
Dr. Kristin DiDomenico is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with a special interest in cataract surgery using the femtosecond laser and astigmatism correcting lenses. She grew up in West Chester, PA. She and her husband now live in the Philadelphia suburbs with their three children.
Education
After graduating from Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown, Dr DiDomenico pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Scranton where she graduated first in her class from the College of Arts and Sciences. She then attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia for her medical degree, earning the highest GPA in the graduating class of 2010. Dr. DiDomenico completed a medical internship at Lankenau Medical Center. She then completed a three year residency at the prestigious Wills Eye Hospital.
Experience
Dr. DiDomenico is active in the Wills Eye Hospital Residency Program. She is part of the teaching staff in the Cataract and Primary Eye Care department, teaching both in the clinic and in the operating room. She also is on the faculty at Sidney Kimmel Medical College.
